Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Starga. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Starga.

The service

Starga turns a long video you provide into short vertical clips, with captions and a voiceover in a clone of your own voice, written from what you said on camera. Output quality depends on your footage and audio.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the content you upload. You must have the right to use the footage and the voice you provide. Do not upload anyone else's voice or content without permission, and do not use Starga for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of your footage, your voice, and the clips Starga produces for you. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your footage and run your voice clone to deliver the service. We claim no ownership of your videos or your voice.

Plans and billing

• The free plan adds a watermark, limits you to one clip at a time, and uses a placeholder voice.
• Paid plans (Creator and Studio) unlock your real cloned voice, remove the watermark, and raise the limits, billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use Starga to impersonate someone, to create misleading or non-consensual content, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Starga available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; we will note the date above when we do.

Liability

Starga is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
